Step 1
In a large saucepan with boiling salted water, cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain when tender and return to pot (off heat).
Step 2
While the noodles cook, whisk the eggs, soy sauce, sugar, garlic and red pepper flakes together in a mixing bowl.
