Brown ground turkey breast in a large pot.

Using saute mode, brown ground turkey.

Add remaining ingredients, stir (making sure to scrape any cooked bits off the bottom), cover and cook on manual (high pressure) for 5 minutes. (If you know your pot has a tendency to give the burn notice, you can add an extra cup of water)
Step 5
Do a careful controlled quick release, pausing the release if it starts to sputter.
Step 6
