Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add ground turkey, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cooking oil and mix gently using your fingers. Form ground turkey into mini patties. Set aside.
Step 2
Wash and cut veggies (lettuce, etc). Set aside.
Step 3
Place rolls/slider buns on a baking sheet. Set aside.
Step 4
Place saute pan over medium-high heat. Add cooking oil. When hot, sear patties on both sides until patty reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Paying careful attention to not overcook. Cook in batches. Top each patty with a slice of cheese (optional). Cover pan and allow cheese to melt.
Step 5
Place patties inside slider buns. Brush the top of each slider bun with olive oil and sprinkle the top with Italian seasoning. Place in preheated oven for 3-4 minutes. Remove sliders from oven. Add additional toppings (lettuce, etc).
