Ingredients: 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened; 1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar; 2 cups heavy whipping cream; 8 cups fresh strawberries (about 2 pounds), sliced; 2 cups fresh blueberries; Optional: Additional fresh strawberries and blueberries

This fluffy salad is a welcome treat on warm Texas afternoons. Because there's a blueberry orchard near our home, we often pick up berries to use in this recipe and others. When blueberries and strawberries aren't in season, you can substitute frozen berries with equally good results.  &mdash;Karen Wenzel, Conroe, Texas

Two-Berry Fluff Salad

(8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

confectioners' sugar

heavy whipping cream

strawberries (about 2 pounds), sliced

blueberries

strawberries and blueberries

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Slowly add cream, beating until thick and fluffy.

Fold in 8 cups strawberries and 2 cups blueberries. If desired, top with additional berries.

I needed a refreshing dessert for a crowd and wanted to include strawberries and blueberries. I tripled the recipe to be sure I had enough for 30 people. Everyone raved about it. Someone mentioned that she would like to go in a corner and lick out the pan. I will definitely make this again.

Wow--so delicious!  I cut the recipe down to two servings; and added fresh cherries and raspberries.  Thank you, Karen, for sharing this recipe.

Oh. My. I am on a ketogenic way of life..and when i saw "fluff" I had to try this. I did sub in powdered erythritol for the sugar (i used 3/4 cup). It. is. wonderful. Totally..and best of all,,,NOONE knew there wasnt sugar in it...I made it a second time using half the ingredients for myself, and used raspberries in place of the strawberries as my raspberry bushes are exploding...and it was just as wonderful!! now i have full blackberry bushes so thats next!!

Its good .A little lemon zest or lime zest a squeeze or two of the citrus enhances flavors of this good recipe.

So light & yummy! Used frozen strawberries (that I thawed) as suggested by the recipe creator. Also, the fluff ingredients were cut in half to work for the amount of berries I had.
