Export 4 ingredients for grocery delivery

Combine butter and milk and heat until butter is *just* melted

Combine flour, salt, then add butter + milk, mix well

Sprinkle work surface with flour, knead a couple times until smooth

Heat oil in pan (I like to use cast iron), on medium

Roll out dough as thin as you like your flatbread

Place into the pan for approximately 30 sec - 1 min, watch those bubbles!
