Ingredients: 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, at room temperature; 3 cups powdered sugar; 1/4 cup whole milk, at room temperature; 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Vanilla Frosting

(1 stick) butter,

sugar

milk,

vanilla extract

In a medium bowl, using an electric hand mixer, beat the butter until light and smooth. Beat in the powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

This was delicious!! I made a mess but it tasted very good

So nice to find an easy, GF and not overly sweet cake recipe. I can’t eat oats, so I subbed equal parts almond flour for the oat flour. And our little guy wanted some vanilla icing with it, so we made TMB’s vegan icing and it was a big hit with everyone. 

Made this quickly for a chocolate fudge cake and it turned out perfectly!

Very easy to follow, taste came out a bit buttery but generally very good! A bit small though. Recommended to use! 

My friends and I made this together as a cake, and after reading the comments we thought it would be a good fit. We do a lot of baking so the simplicity of this cake was intriguing, however it did not deliver. We followed the recipe to a T and even used it for a mini layer cake as well as a bunt cake. YIKES! This was a disaster to say the least, The flavor was disappointing, and the recipe causes it to taste like eggs. We made good memories...but bad cake. :)
