Export 7 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Add the dry ingredients (the first to a wide mug. Stir to combine.
Step 2
Pour in the oil, milk and vanilla into the mug with the dry ingredients and stir with a small fork or spoon.
Step 3
Stir 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips in the batter, and then top the other tablespoon on top.
Step 4
Microwave the mug cake for 50 seconds. It will likely be a little creamy in the middle still which is how I like it but if you want it cooked a tad longer, microwave it for another 10-20 seconds.
Step 5
Serve immediately (with coconut whipped cream and strawberries?) and enjoy!
