Pour in the wet ingredients and whisk everything together to create a smooth batter.

Heat a little coconut oil in a non-stick pan and wipe away any excess with some kitchen towel. Bring the heat to medium-high.
Step 4
Use a ladle to pour a good amount of the batter into the pan and spread this around to form a thin, even layer. Allow this to cook until bubbles start to appear on the surface, then carefully flip and cook on the other side.
Step 5
Repeat this for the remaining mixture, then allow the crepes to rest for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Fold into quarters and serve with fresh berries.
