Step 1
Boil spaghetti. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Boil the spaghetti al dente according to the package instructions. Save 1/4 cup of pasta water.
Step 2
Saute the sauce. In a large skillet over medium-low heat, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Saute the garlic until golden brown and fragrant about 3-4 minutes. Then stir in the oyster sauce, fish sauce, maggi seasoning (or soy sauce), sesame oil, msg, and brown sugar. Stir until combined. Add the green onion and saute for 30 seconds or until lightly wilted.
Step 3
Add the pasta. Toss the pasta in the sauce and add the freshly grated parmesan cheese. Add 1-2 tablespoons of pasta water if the sauce is too thick. Remove from heat and serve. Enjoy!
