Vintage Grape Salad


· 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened· 1 cup sour cream· 1/3 cup sugar· 2 teaspoon vanilla extract· 2 pound seedless red grapes· 2 pound seedless green grapes· 3 tablespoon chopped pecans


Step 1Remove grapes from their stems ad place in a large bowl.Step 2With a stand mixer, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla until blended.Step 3Pour over the grapes and fold together to coat.Step 4Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving.Step 5Sprinkle with pecans before serving.
