Step 1
Make the waffle batter by mixing together Pancake mix and milk (instead of the suggested water). Preheat your waffle maker and cook the waffles according to the manufacturer's instructions. Set aside.
Step 2
On a large non-stick griddle, cook your bacon, steak, hash browns and scrambled eggs. (Season each to your preference).
Step 3
Once all four are cooked, remove the bacon to a paper towel lined plate and melt a slice of cheese over the steak.
Step 4
Assemble the Viral Waffle House Sandwich by placing one waffle on a plate, then layering it with hashbrowns, cheesy steak, scrambled eggs and bacon. Top with another waffle and press down gently to ensure everything stays in place.
Step 5
Pour syrup over top and serve immediately and enjoy!
