Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 F. Cut washed pears in half and scoop out the seeds.
Step 2
Place pear halves skin side down on a baking sheet. Brush cut sides with coconut oil and sprinkle with just a small pinch of pink Himalayan/sea salt.
Step 3
Roast for about 30 to 35 minutes or until pears are soft and easily pierced with a fork. Remove pan from oven and allow pears to cool slightly.
Step 4
Place warm pears into a high-speed blender along with the remaining ingredients. Blend up well and enjoy warm.
