Step 1
Soak soybeans in 16 fl oz of water for up to one hour.
Step 2
Add 48 fl oz water and soybeans to the blender pitcher and secure lid.
Step 3
Select “Soy Milk” setting.
Step 4
When the blending program has completed, remove the lid and carefully filter the soy milk through the strainer bag. Contents will be very hot.
Step 5
When the bag is cool enough to touch, gently squeeze any additional soy milk out of the bag.
Step 6
Return the strained soy milk to the pitcher and add cocoa and sugar. Secure lid.
Step 7
Select “Low” manual setting for 10 seconds. Select “Cancel” to stop blending.
Step 8
Chill and serve.
