Step 1
Scrub baby potatoes in water. Put them in the air fryer basket. (You don't need to worry about drying them. The hot air in the fryer basket will blow around them & dry them off.)
Step 2
Air fry for 12 to 17 minutes at 400 degrees. Stop once or twice to shake the basket, spritz the potatoes with oil, and sprinkle on seasoning salt. The cooking time will vary depending on the size of the potatoes. You'll know the potatoes are ready when you can easily pierce them with a fork.
Step 3
Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the air fryer basket. Serve them as a complete side dish. Or smash them with a little non-dairy butter, salt, and pepper, like you would a baked potato.
