Step 1
Rinse and scrub the potatoes under cold water.

Using a sharp knife, cut potatoes into thin ¼-inch strips.
Step 3
Transfer the potato strips to a large bowl, cover with ice water, and let the potatoes soak for about 30 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the water and pat the potatoes dry.
Step 5
Add oil, salt, and seasoned salt to the bowl and toss to coat.
Step 6
Lightly spray the inside of the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the potato strips into the basket in a single layer, working in batches as needed. (Try not to overlap).
Step 7
Air fry at 380°F for 18-20 minutes, turning once halfway through.
Step 8
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
