Air Fryer Fried Olives

Step 1

Drain the olives and pat dry with a paper towel.

Step 2

Add the flour, onion powder, and garlic powder to a shallow dish and stir to combine.

Step 3

Add the eggs to a second shallow dish and whisk until smooth.

Step 4

Add the Panko, bread crumbs, and salt to a third shallow dish and stir to combine.

Step 5

Dip each olive into first the flour, then the egg, and then the bread crumb mixture. Take care to fully coat the olives in each of these mixtures before moving on.

Step 6

Spritz the bottom of your air fryer basket with oil spray and arrange the olives in an even layer. Spritz olives liberally with oil spray.

Step 7

Air fry at 400 degrees for 6 minutes shaking the basket gently halfway through cooking.
