Whisk eggs and milk in small bowl until combined. Combine sugar and cinnamon on large plate.

Dip bread sticks in egg mixture, then coat in cinnamon sugar, shaking off any excess.
Step 4
Preheat air-fryer to 400°F and coat basket with nonstick cooking spray. Working in batches, place French toast sticks in air-fryer basket. Cook, flipping halfway through, until French toast sticks are crisp on the outside and tender inside, about 10 to 12 minutes. Repeat with remaining French toast sticks.
Step 5
Dust with powdered sugar. Serve with maple syrup and berries, and enjoy.
