Makes : 10 small burgers or 6 regular burgers1. In large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients. Stir well with fork until thoroughly mixed. Shape into 10 small (or 6) round burger shapes about 1.5 cm thick.2. Grill the burgers for 10-15 minutes, turning once, or place on a lightly greased pan for about 4 minutes per side or until browned and no longer pink inside. Serve on buns with condiments.Whenever cooking with raw meats, ensure safe internal temperature is reached.VARIATION: Using a level 15 ml (1 tbsp) measure, shape beef mixture into 40 meatballs. Place on shallow baking pan. Bake at 180°C 15-20 minutes or until browned and no longer pink inside.
