Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the flour in a shallow bowl wide enough to fit the chicken breasts. Dip each piece of chicken in flour to coat both sides, and shake off any excess. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken pieces on both sides, then transfer them to a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
