Soak the raisins in rum.

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture turns white. Stirring continuously, pour in the fresh milk and then the oil.

Peel the apples and remove the seeds, then cut them into cubes. Pour them into the cake batter, along with half of the soaked raisins.

Prepare a cake tin and cover it with baking paper. Pour in the mixture and level.

Peel and cut the pears lengthwise. Arrange them on top of the dough in a circle.
Step 7
Pour the remaining raisins between the pears. Sprinkle with a spoonful of sugar.
Step 8
Heat the oven to 340°F (170°C). Bake the fruit cake until done (45 min) and serve it sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Step 9
The fruit cake with pears and apples is ready.
