Export 7 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375º F.
Step 2
Prick the potatoes with a fork. Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt. Wrap loosely in foil and place in a preheated oven, directly on the oven rack or on a baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour, or until the flesh is soft when pierced with a fork.
Step 3
While potatoes are baking, in a medium bowl, combine garlic, Italian seasoning, onion salt, salt and snipped chives. Gently fold in the whipped cream cheese.
Step 4
Allow the flavors to blend by storing in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Step 5
Remove potatoes from the oven and unwrap foil. Slit the potatoes lengthwise and fill with herbed cream cheese. Serve.
