Step 1
1)In a small bowl, make the Bang Bang Sauce by adding ¼ Cup Mayonnaise, 2 Tablespoons Sweet Chili Sauce, ¼ Teaspoon Sriracha Sauce, 3 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Celery, 1 Tablespoon Chopped Chives – stir well, taste and add more Sriracha if you prefer, set the sauce aside. In a large bowl, add 1 Pound of Shrimp, 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice, ¼ Teaspoon Fine Sea Salt, ¼ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper and toss well to combine.
Step 2
2)In a large skillet, melt 1 Tablespoon of Salted Butter on high heat, grill the shrimp just until they are cooked through – avoid overcooking (it only took about 3 minutes for me). Immediately remove the shrimp and place them into a bowl, wait 3 minutes and drain out any excess liquid from the bowl. Add the Bang Bang Sauce and toss well to coat all the shrimp. Add shrimp to the buns and garnish with chopped chives. Enjoy!
