Wash the black beans, soak for 4-6 hours, or overnight for tender beans.

Put the soaked black beans in a blender with water. Then, blend the beans finely then strain the mixture through a layer of cloth or strainer (mosquito-net is the best). Squeeze tightly to get all the juice.
Step 3
Put the pot of freshly squeezed beans on the stove to a boil on low heat. Stir constantly to prevent the pot of beans from overflowing and sticking at the bottom of the pot.
Step 4
Boil in medium heat for about 10 minutes, then add the fresh milk and sugar to suit your taste. When the water boils again, turn off the heat.
