備妥3樣材料
Step 2
把水煮滾，加入黑糖
Step 3
黑糖水放到溫溫的
Step 4
加入糯米粉，並攪拌均勻
Step 5
攪拌均勻的粿液
Step 6
備一個錫箔碗，裡面鋪上年糕紙或抹上一層食用油
Step 7
將粿液倒入錫箔碗裡
Step 8
倒好後，微微搖晃、震盪一下
Step 9
放入電鍋，外粿放3杯的水蒸，跳停後悶30分鐘
Step 10
放涼後，表面抹一層薄薄的食用油
Step 11
完成
