Step 1

Preheat oven to Brown andouille sausage over medium heat until sausage starts to brown. Cook pasta according to directions on box. Drain pasta. Mix pasta and seasonings together. Stir in sausage.

Step 2

In a casserole dish, pour in half the pasta mixture. Top with half the butter and a layer of shredded cheese. Top with the remainder of pasta and top with the remainder of the butter and cheese. Pour evaporated milk over the entire dish. Bake for 35-45 minutes until done.
