Caramel Apple Martini

Step 1

Pour caramel syrup in a small plate. Add brown sugar to another small plate.

Step 2

Dip the rim of the glass in the syrup, then dip into the brown sugar to coat.

Step 3

Pour vodka and cider in a shaker with ice. Cover and vigorously shake. Strain into prepared martini glass.

Step 4

Garnish with sliced apple, star anise and/or cinnamon stick (if desired).
