Export 3 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Slice your cheddar cheese into 1/2 cm slices. Place on dehydrator rack and dry for 24 hours or until dry. Flipping several times in between. It is important to make sure your cheese is dry. You don’t want any moisture left as this will cause your popcorn seasoning to go bad.
Step 2
Blend up dry cheese pieces in a blender or food processor until it is a fine powder.
Step 3
Mix this powder with remaining ingredients and store in an air tight jar in a dark place.
Step 4
Melt some fresh homemade butter and pour overtop of a bowl of warm popcorn. Sprinkle a generous amount of your popcorn seasoning overtop, and enjoy!
