Preheat oven to 230°C. Line a baking tray (30 x 40 cm) with baking paper and set aside.

Place herbs into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7.
Step 3
Add cheese and grate 5 sec/speed 9. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.
Step 4
Place flour and butter into mixing bowl and mix 5 sec/speed 6, to a coarse crumb.
Step 5
Add reserved herb and cheese mixture and mix 5 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
Step 6
Add milk and knead Dough /10 sec or until combined. Transfer onto prepared baking tray and shape into a ball. Gently press out dough into a rectangle shape (approx. 15 x 18 cm, 3 cm thickness) and cut into 12 squares. Separate squares just a little, leaving a gap (5 mm) between scones, then brush with milk. Bake for 13-15 minutes (230°C), until well risen and golden. Serve warm with butter.
