Combine the cherries, sugar, and lemon juice in a large pitcher. Stir to combine and let sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes for the cherries to release some of their juices. Add red wine and Cherry Heering to the pitcher and refrigerate 2 hours or up to overnight. Stir in cold seltzer and the lemon wheels and serve immediately.
