Preheat your Z Grills pellet smoker to 225°F.
Step 2
Use a sharp knife to trim excess fat from the brisket (You may substitute brisket flat or point for whole brisket).
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine garlic, paprika, pepper, and salt. Sprinkle and press evenly into beef Brisket on all sides and edges.
Step 4
Place brisket on the grill. Smoke the brisket for 3 hours.
Step 5
After 3 hours, remove the brisket from the grill and wrap it in foil.
Step 6
Continue smoking the brisket until the internal temperature reaches 195°F for brisket that slices easily. This may take about another 8 hours. For brisket that can be shredded or chunked, smoke the brisket when the internal temperature reaches 205°F.
