In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda- set aside. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, honey and buttermilk until blended. Slowly pour liquid mixture into dry mixture until fully combined. Do not over mix (batter will be slightly lumpy). Preheat Honey Bee Pancake Pan over medium-low heat. Brush each cavity with melted butter or baking spray. Pour batter into each cavity and cook until pancakes start to bubble, and edges of pancakes set. Turn each pancake over and continue cooking until pancakes are a light golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter. Pro Tip: Fill six cavities at a time and leave one empty for easy flipping. Once pancakes start to bubble, flip into open cavity one at a time. For honey butter, blend butter and honey in a small bowl until smooth. Serve with hot pancakes and maple syrup. Makes about 36 pancakes.
