Step 1
Prep: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×5 loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and line with a piece of parchment paper.

Batter: In a large bowl using an electric mixer whip the butter, sugar and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.

Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack for 10-15 minutes, then remove bread from pan to cool completely.
Step 8
Icing: Using an electric mixer, whip the cream cheese, vanilla, powdered sugar, and orange zest. Spread the icing over the top of the cake. Slice and enjoy!
