Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375F. Line a 9X9 square baking pan with aluminum foil and coat with on stick spray.
Step 2
Mix butter and egg for two minutes. Add in cookie mix. Mix until well incorporated.
Step 3
Add in 1/2 cup dried cranberries and 1/2 cup white chocolate chips.
Step 4
Spread the cookie mixture in the baking pan using your fingers.
Step 5
Sprinkle 1/4 cup dried cranberries and 1/4 cup white chocolate chips on top.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 25 - 27 minutes. The center will still be a bit gooey. That's how it should be.
Step 7
Let cool completely then cut into 16 squares.
