Cream Cake

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan-forced).

Step 2

Grease a 20 cm round cake tin and also 1 bar tin or loaf tin.

Step 3

Beat together eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.

Step 4

Add cream, flour and vanilla or lemon, fold together until mixed, pour into prepared tins.

Step 5

Bake round tin for approximately 50 minutes and the bar or loaf tin will for approximately 40 minutes.
