Cream Cheese Bean Dip

Step 1

Beat the softened cream cheese together with the refried beans. Mix in the sour cream and taco seasoning until smooth.

Step 2

Place the bean dip mixture into a greased baking dish and top with the freshly grated monterey jack cheese.

Step 3

Bake the cream cheese bean dip at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges are browned

Step 4

Serve with tortilla chips for dipping
