Step 1

Next, grate your cucumber and reserve in a bowl. Add your salt and lightly toss to allow to sit for a few minutes.
Step 3
While your cucumbers are sitting, chop your herbs and then follow with mincing your garlic. Reserve in another larger bowl.
Step 4
Add your remaining ingredients to your second bowl and follow by removing the extra moisture from your cucumbers by squeezing out the water and reserving the drained cucumbers into your second bowl. Discard the extra liquid.
Step 5
Mix all ingredients in the second bowl and adjust your salt and pepper to your desired flavor needs.
