Export 5 ingredients for grocery delivery
Preparation 1. Make a cut into the pork roll slices starting at the center and cutting out to the edge (it should look like Pac-Man). 2. In a nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat, fry the pork roll slices until crispy. Remove to a plate. 3. Crack the eggs into the pan and let fry in the leftover fat from the pork roll. Once cooked to your liking, remove to a plate. 4. Add a little butter to the pan, slice the roll in half and toast it cut-side down in the butter. 5. Place cheese on one side of the hot toasted roll so it melts. Top with the fried eggs, ham, a sprinkle of salt and pepper and the other half of the roll.
