Eastside Rickey

Step 1

In a cocktail shaker, muddle a couple of mint leaves (no stems) and cucumber slices.

Step 2

Add gin, simple syrup, and ice, and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

Step 3

Stain into an ice-filled Collins glass and fill with Dasani® Lime Sparkling Water.

Step 4

Garnish with mint leaves and cucumber slices.
