Transfer the ground beef mixture to a square baking dish, 8" x 8" or 9" x 9". Bake the meat loaf for 45 minutes at 350° until the meat pulls away from the pan and there is bubbling around the edges. Let the meat load cool about 5 minutes then slice and serve.
