Step 1

Add ¼ cup of baking soda to a small jar with 5 – 10 drops of your favorite essential oil. Mix this well.

Step 2

Put a cupcake liner on top of the jar in between the jar and band for the lid.

Step 3

Screw the lid down tightly.

Step 4

Use a skewer or other pointy object to poke holes in the cupcake liner.

Step 5
