Eggnog Bundt Cake

Step 1

Preheat oven to Spray bundt pan with cooking spray.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the cake ingredients and mix well. Beat for 2 minutes with hand mixer or stand mixer using whisk attachment.

Step 3

Pour batter in bundt pan. Bake for 45 - 55 minutes.

Step 4

Remove from oven when cake tester comes out clean.

Step 5

Cool completely.

Step 6

Place plate over cake and invert. Slip cake pan off cake.

Step 7

Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl, blend together. It should be thin enough to drizzle.

Step 8

Drizzle frosting over cake.
