Hollow out French bread loaf.
Step 2
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and cheddar cheese using a mixer or wooden spoon/spatula.

Add green onions to the cheese mixture so the onions are evenly distributed throughout.

Spread the cheese mixture on both sides of the hollowed-out loaf of bread.
