Step 1
In a stand mixer using the paddle attachment, mix together the flour and salt. Add 1/2 c. water and mix. While the dough is mixing, gradually add the remaining water until dough forms a ball and is smooth. You may not need all the water.
Step 2
Roll out dough with a rolling pin and cut out shapes with cookie cutters. Use a straw to make a small hole for hanging.
Step 3
Place on a grease baking sheet. (Or you could line with parchment paper)
Step 4
Bake at 250 for about 2 hours, checking after 1 hour. The time will vary depending on how thick your "cookies" are.
