Step 2
Coat each part of meat with the fish sauce marinade of the previous step. Let it rest in your refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat oil with a high smoke point, such as vegetable oil, to 350-degrees in a wok or deep pot over high heat. Carefully place the drumsticks into the oil. Fry over high heat for 2 minutes and then switch to low-medium heat and fry for about 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Flip occasionally and if necessary adjust the heat. Before serving, drain excess oil.
