Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a pizza pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
Using a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, cream together the butter and sugars, once combined, add in the egg, vanilla extract, and milk, stir until evenly combined.

In a separate medium mixing bowl, use a fork to combine the flour, salt, and baking powder until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Step 4
Slowly add the flour mixture to the mixer with the butter and sugar until a dough forms.
Step 5
Shape the dough into a ball and transfer it from the mixing bowl to the lined pizza pan. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out to fit the pan, making sure that the dough reaches the edges and there are no gaps.
Step 6
Bake the cookie dough in the pizza pan at 350 F for 10-15 minutes until it is a light golden-brown. Once it is done baking, let it sit to cool.
Step 7
While the cookie dough is cooling, make the cream cheese topping. First cream the cream cheese in the mixer until it is fluffy, then add in the vanilla extract and Greek yogurt, mix until combined.
Step 8
With the mixer on low, slowly add the powdered sugar to the cream cheese mixture, ½ cup at a time. Once all the powdered sugar is combined, turn the mixer up to medium/high to cream the mixture until it is fluffy.
Step 9
Once the cookie crust is cooled, use a spoon or spatula to spread the cream cheese topping over the cookie, leaving ¼ inch crust.
Step 10
Decorate the frosted cookie crust with the assorted fruits in a spiral, ring pattern, until the whole pizza is covered with fruit. (I provide helpful step-by-step photos above the recipe card)

Use a pizza cutter to slice the fruit pizza and enjoy!
