Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a half sheet pan and set aside. Alternately, you can line with parchment paper and set aside.In a large bowl, stir butter and sugar until well mixed. Add the egg, vanilla extract and almond extract and stir again. Slowly incorporate the flour and baking powder until a dough forms. If it looks a little crumbly, this is normal. If you squeeze some dough together in your hands, it should form a ball that keeps its shape.

Press the dough into the prepared half sheet pan to create an even layer across the bottom and up the sides slightly. Bake 12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Let crust cool completely.

For the filling, beat milk, pudding mix, and almond extract together until smooth and thickened. Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold cream into the pudding mixture, then spread evenly over crust. Top with fruit and serve.

Preheat oven to 350°. Line cookie sheet with parchment.

In a small bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cream of tarter.

In a stand mixer or with hand beaters, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy, approximately 2 minutes.  Add in egg and beat for another minute. Add dry ingredients to the bowl. Mix until just combined. Gather the dough into a ball and transfer to lightly floured counter or board.

Gently pat dough into a rectangle, and then finish rolling it out until it is ¼ inch tall. Using a round cookie cutter, cut out as many circles as you can. Transfer cut-outs to the cookie sheet. Gently gather up the scraps and repeat until all the dough is used.

Bake for 9-10 minutes or until slightly puffy and the edges are very lightly golden. If you are cooking multiple sheets at once, be sure to rotate halfway through. Allow to cool on a cookie sheet until completely cool.

Cookies

Place cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes or until light and fluffy.

Frosting

Cut fruit into bit-sized pieces. Arrange in individual bowls or on a platter for serving.

Make the Crust

Mix the butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until well combined. (You can use an electric mixer or just mix with a spoon if your butter is melted.) Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until combined. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.

Bake the Crust

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 14-inch pizza pan or round baking stone, or line with parchment. Roll the chilled dough out onto it, leaving some space around the edge. Bake for 12 minutes. Allow it to cool.

Make the Cream Cheese Frosting

Using an electric mixer, combine the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Spread over the cooled cookie crust and chill again to firm up the frosting.

I make this pizza using Pillsbury sugar cookie roll.  Also I put a glaze on mine. Your recipe says glaze, but I could not find it in the recipe.  Absolutely beautiful.

Preheat oven to 350F / 180C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients: almond flour, coconut flour, powdered Erythritol, and baking powder.

Use a silicone spatula to incorporate softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until a slightly thick but sticky batter forms.

Transfer the dough to the baking sheet and flatten it into a large (10 inch) circle.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden.

Meanwhile, prepare the icing. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients for the icing and beat them using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Remove the crust from the oven and let it completely cool.

Once the crust is cooled completely, evenly spread the cream cheese filling on top.

Decorate with strawberry slices, blueberries, and raspberries.

Place in the fridge and let it cool for at least 20 minutes before serving.

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Grease a 10-inch cake pan with baking spray or line with parchment paper and set aside.

Preheat oven to 375°F

Place all crust ingredients in a food processor and process until it looks like cornmeal. Press mixture into a 10" tart pan and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Prepare the Crust:

Be sure the heavy cream, cream cheese and sour cream are at room temperature for a silky smooth cream filling. To prepare the cream filling place the heavy cream in the bowl of a stand up mixer and blend for about 2 minutes using a whisk attachment. Slowly add the sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.&nbsp; (I like to put the cream cheese and sour cream in a zip top bag, cut one corner and slowly squeeze it into the heavy cream.) Continue mixing until the mixture is smooth.&nbsp;

Prepare the Cream filling:

Combine sugar and cornstarch in a bowl. Heat the fruit juice on medium, and slowly start adding in the sugar mixture when it starts to simmer while stirring constantly.&nbsp;

Bring the glaze to a boil, continue stirring, and allow it to cook for about two minutes, or until thickened. Remove from heat and let it cool for ten minutes before using.

Prepare the Glaze:

Assemble the tart by first filling the crust with vanilla cream, then arrange fruit in an artful way on top of the cream. Brush with glaze. Tip: I like to put the cream into the crust then chill it in the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes until it is firm and set. Once it is set then I arrange the fruit and brush on the glaze.

Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Then line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper. 

In a medium bowl cream together sugar, butter, egg, vanilla, and almond extract until light and fluffy.

In another bowl sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Then add to the butter mixture. Place dough in the fridge and chill dough for about 30 minutes or until dough is firm.

Roll out dough into about 14-inch circle, you may carefully push in or crimp any hanging dough to form a circle. 

Bake for about 10 - 12 minutes. You do not want to overcook it. Allow to cool completely before frosting

Add cream cheese, butter, vanilla and heavy cream into a medium bowl.   Using an electric mixer mix together until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar and continue mixing until fully combined.  

 Add cream cheese frosting to cookie crust, spread all over the crust.

Arrange fruit over cream cheese frosting according to preference - You may refer to pictures for inspiration or guidance  

Slice and serve cold or room temp. Pizza can be refrigerated until ready to use - keep in mind that as it sits, it gets soggy.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar with a hand mixer, until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes.)

Add the baking powder, and flour. Mix until just combined.

Press the dough evenly onto a 12-inch pizza pan.

Bake for 14-16 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

To make the topping, beat cream cheese and butter with a hand mixer until smooth for about 2 minutes.

Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat until fully combined.

Make the crust

Whisk the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt together in a medium bowl.

In a large bowl using a handheld mixer or stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat the butter and sugar together on medium-high speed until combined and creamy, about 2 minutes. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and beat on low speed until combined. Remove chilled cookie dough from the refrigerator and press onto the pizza pan in a 9–10-inch circle, about 1/3-inch thick. Bake for 17–19 minutes or until the edges are very lightly browned. Avoid over-baking. Cool crust completely before decorating.

Make the frosting: 

In a medium bowl using a handheld or stand mixer fitted with a paddle or whisk attachment, beat the cream cheese and butter together on medium speed until smooth, about 2 minutes. Add the confectioners’ sugar and vanilla. Beat for 1 minute or until creamy and combined. Yields 1 and 1/2 cups (about 390g) frosting. Spread a thick layer over the cooled sugar cookie crust. Decorate with fruit.

Cut into slices and serve. Leftovers keep well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

This was very fun and easy to make! Unfortunately, keeping mine in the oven for 17 minutes was probably a little too long, as the sugar cookie "crust" was a little burnt on the perimeter and dry throughout. The frosting was nice a not-too-sweet dessert option, though!

Delicious, as always! I didn't have a pizza pan, so I used a 9 x 13 dish. I topped it with grapes, kiwi and mandarin oranges. Kind of a strange combination, but it was still delicious. I loved the combination of the icing with the kiwi--especially with the small amount of almond flavoring I added. This was a wonderful dessert for the Fourth of July! Pizza with Pineapple and Ham

yellow cornmeal

Two 8-ounce pieces of homemade

mozzarella

Parmesan

pineapple slices, coarsely chopped

water (105 to 110 degrees F)

carrots,

Position 1 oven rack in the center and the second rack on the bottom of the oven and preheat to 450 degrees F. Sprinkle the cornmeal over 2 rimless baking sheets. Roll out each piece of Pizza Dough into a 10- to 11-inch round. Transfer 1 dough to each prepared baking sheet. 

Spoon the Marinara Sauce over the dough, dividing equaling and leaving a 1-inch border around each pizza. Sprinkle the cheeses over the sauce. Arrange the pineapple pieces in a single layer over the cheeses. Sprinkle with the ham. Bake the pizzas until the crusts are crisp and brown on the bottom and the cheese is melted on top, about 12 minutes. Cut the pizza into wedges and serve immediately.

Mix the warm water and yeast in a small bowl to blend. Let stand until the yeast dissolves, about 5 minutes. Mix the flour and salt in a food processor to blend. Blend in the oil. With the machine running, add the yeast mixture and blend just until the dough forms. Turn the dough out onto lightly floured surface and knead until smooth, about 1 minute. Transfer the dough to a large oiled bowl and turn the dough to coat with the oil. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set aside in a warm draft-free area until the dough doubles in volume, about 1 hour. Punch the down dough and divide into 2 equal balls.

In a large casserole pot, heat the oil over a medium-high flame. Add the onions and garlic and saute until the onions are translucent, about 10 minutes. Add the celery, carrots, and 1/2 teaspoon of each salt and pepper. Saute until all the vegetables are soft, about 10 minutes. Add the tomatoes and bay leaves, and simmer uncovered over low heat until the sauce thickens, about 1 hour. Remove and discard the bay leaf. Season the sauce with more salt and pepper, to taste.

It's my first pizza from scratch, and I really love it!
