Step 1
Cook the PastaBoil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water for the sauce.
Step 2
Prepare the ChickenMelt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add cubed chicken. Cook until golden and fully cooked (internal temperature: 165°F). Set aside.
Step 3
Make the SauceIn the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tbsp butter. Gradually stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
CombineToss the cooked pasta into the sauce. Fold in the chicken bites. If needed, adjust the sauce with reserved pasta water.
Step 5
Garnish and ServeGarnish with freshly chopped basil and extra Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
