Step 1

Place pork chops in a large freezer bag. In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops in the bag. Squish gently to cover pork chops. Be careful to not puncture the bag with the bones of the pork chops. You may consider double-bagging to prevent leaking.

Step 2

Remove excess air, seal and freeze.

Step 3

Thaw. Bake on broiler pan in 350° oven for 35-40 minutes or until centre has reached an internal temperature of 145°. Alternatively, BBQ over medium heat for 20-25 or an internal temp of 145° is reached.
