Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a round 3 qt ceramic dish or an 11" X 8" ceramic rectangular baking dish.
Step 2
Open the can of whole kernel corn and carefully drain the water. Add the corn to a large bowl with the rest of the remaining ingredients. Stir everything until well combined.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into the casserole dish and bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes, or until baked through.
Step 4
Remove the casserole from the oven and allow it to sit for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
Step 5
Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
