Carefully remove the rind from ham. Score the fat in a diamond pattern.

Combine the apricot jam, sugar, mustard in saucepan, stir over a low heat until combined. Brush ham with a third of the mixture to evenly coat.

Bake for 50-60 minutes until golden brown and heated through. Brush with remaining glaze every 20 minutes until remaining is used up.

Smart Tip: For a crunchy nutty taste mix 1½ cups chopped mixed nuts with 1/3 of the glaze, press onto ham and bake for the last 15 minutes of cooking time.
